How to Apply Italwax Flex Strip Wax

Achieve smooth, professional results every time by following the correct application technique for this liposoluble warm wax.

1. Prep the skin: Cleanse the treatment area to remove oils, sweat, and product residue. Apply a light pre-wax lotion or powder to ensure the skin is completely dry and ready for application.
2. Heat to the correct temperature: Melt the Italwax Flex wax in a professional heater and bring it to 39–40 °C. The wax should flow smoothly from a spatula or roller — not too thick, not too runny.
3. Apply in a thin layer: Using a spatula or roller applicator, spread the warm wax in a thin, even layer in the direction of hair growth. 
4. Apply a depilation strip: Press a depilation strip firmly onto the wax and smooth it down in the direction of hair growth so it adheres fully.
5. Remove quickly and close to the skin: Once the wax has set, hold the skin taut and remove the strip in a fast, confident motion against the direction of hair growth, keeping the strip low to the skin.
