Return and Refund Eligibility

Return Process

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and any promotional items that were included with the purchase.
5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
6. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to your credit card account.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
